Shipping & Returns

Pickup Only
ToRemember.gift is a local Toronto shop and all orders are fulfilled by in-person pickup. We do not currently offer shipping or delivery.
Once your order is ready, we will send you an email notification with pickup details including location and available times. Pickups are arranged at a convenient location in Toronto, Ontario. If you need to reschedule or have specific availability constraints, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Production Times
Because every item is custom 3D-printed to order, production times vary depending on the complexity of the product and our current order volume. After placing your order you can track its progress and estimated completion time on our order tracking page.
Most orders are ready within a few business days. We will keep you updated by email as your order moves through production.
Returns & Refunds
Because all of our products are custom-made specifically for each order, we are generally unable to accept returns or issue refunds for completed items. Each piece is manufactured to your specifications and cannot be resold.
In short:
- Custom and personalised items are non-refundable.
- Items with manufacturing defects will be replaced at no extra cost.
- Colour and finish variations inherent to 3D printing are not considered defects.
Defective or Damaged Items
We inspect every item before marking it as ready for pickup. However, if you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect or was damaged before you picked it up, please contact us within 7 days of pickup. Include your order number and a photo of the issue.
If we determine the item is defective, we will produce a replacement at no additional cost. Replacements are subject to standard production times.
Order Modifications
Need to change something about your order? You can request modifications (colour, size, customisation details, or cancellation) as long as your order has not yet entered production. Once production begins the item is being made specifically for you and changes can no longer be accommodated.
To request a change, contact us as soon as possible with your order number. You can check your current order status on the order tracking page to see whether production has started.
Uncollected Orders
Orders that have been marked as ready must be picked up within 30 days. After 30 days we will attempt to contact you. If we are unable to arrange pickup, the order may be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
