These Terms of Service govern your use of the ToRemember.gift website and your purchase of products from our store. By placing an order or using this website you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place orders.

ToRemember.gift is a small custom gift shop based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We design and produce 3D-printed gifts, keepsakes, and decorative items made to order.

2. Products and Orders

All products sold through ToRemember.gift are custom-made and produced to order using 3D printing technology. Because each item is manufactured specifically for your order, production begins only after the order is confirmed. Product colours, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly from the images shown on the website due to the nature of 3D printing.

By submitting an order you confirm that the information you have provided (including any personalisation or customisation details) is accurate. We are not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept the following payment methods:

• Interac e-Transfer — sent to the email address provided after you place your order. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• Pay on Pickup — payment is collected in person when you pick up your completed order. Cash and e-Transfer are accepted at pickup.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price displayed at the time you place your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Order Cancellation and Modifications

You may cancel or modify your order at no charge as long as production has not yet begun. Once an order enters production it cannot be cancelled or changed because the item is being custom-made for you.

To request a cancellation or modification, contact us as soon as possible at the email address listed on our website. We will let you know whether production has started and whether changes can still be made.

5. Pickup Policy

ToRemember.gift is a pickup-only shop. We do not offer shipping at this time. When your order is ready you will be notified by email with pickup instructions and a suggested pickup location in Toronto, Ontario.

Orders that are not picked up within 30 days of the ready notification may be considered abandoned. We will attempt to contact you before disposing of any uncollected items.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, images, logos, and content on the ToRemember.gift website are our property or are used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our written consent.

If you provide custom designs or text for personalisation you represent that you have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

ToRemember.gift provides products on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and are not liable for any downtime, technical issues, or data loss.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
